It’s no surprise to see a dip in home sales around the holidays. The Colorado real estate market, like most industries, experiences seasonal trends and less people buying homes in November and December is one of those trends. Nevertheless, comparing year over year, home prices and sales surge to record-breaking highs. In addition, active inventory and interest rates remain low driving competition and activity in the Denver market. In the end, it looks like its full speed ahead into 2021.
