About Federico Ameijenda

Originally from Madrid, Spain, Federico brings an international perspective and a deep appreciation for design and craftsmanship to Colorado’s luxury real estate market. For the past eight years, his family has built a strong reputation in Cherry Hills Village, specializing in high-end home renovations that blend timeless architecture with modern sophistication.

A graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, Federico earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics, where he developed the analytical and financial skills that now guide his work. Within his family’s business, he has played a key role on the financial side of operations, managing budgets, project costs, and investment planning for luxury remodels.

Federico joined Corken + Company to represent his family’s work in the luxury home space and to continue growing within the industry. His background in finance and hands-on experience managing large-scale remodels give him a sharp eye for quality and value—insight he’s glad to offer when opportunities arise to assist others in their real estate goals.

Outside of work, Federico enjoys fitness, travel, and spending time with friends between Colorado and Florida.
